Banana bread breakfast biscuits. Normally I'd say regular cookies, but because these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, so I am really quite in love. And when chocolate chips are thrown into the mix? OMG!

Plus they just take 15 minutes to make and clock in at about 60 calories a cookie. YES!

This really isn't a recipe. It's me telling you to combine two items together for sweet pride which you don't need to feel guilty about.

For reals. No weird processed ingredients out of a box. Just all natural materials.

Dairy free. Gluten Free (use GF yogurt ). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I think that they're a fantastic breakfast (or healthier treat!) For all those you're That's unless you're allergic to bananas or yoghurt. Sorry!

Banana and celery bake with each other to make simple breakfast cookies that yummy such as banana bread!

INGREDIENTS

2 large bananas, mashed



If desired you can add in some of these:

vanilla extract

Vanilla beans

Chocolate chips

Peanut butter chips

butterscotch

dried cranberries

raisins

Chopped almonds, almond or pecans

coconut flakes

cocoa nibs

INSTRUCTIONS



Put ginger in blender or food processor and blend until oats act as the consistency of bread; it's okay if it's not absolutely soil.

In large bowl blended mashed banana with oats until smooth. Add 1/2 cup of your favourite add in; I used dark chocolate chips plus a tsp of vanilla extract.

Spray baking sheet with non stick spray. Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet; then sew a bit with a rubber spatula. Makes about 16 cookies.
